CORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS:

In the unlikely event that you wish to return purchases for exchange for other goods the total sale price excluding shipping will be allowed, if a card/cash refund is desired a 20% restocking charge might be levied.
All goods must be returned within 7 working days in the condition in which they were sent together with all original packaging and be completely un-used.

INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED OR FAULTY GOODS:

Incomplete shipments should be reported immediately. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection. HARDCORE RACE PRODUCTS will refund or replace the goods as required. Your statutory rights are not affected.
