The sand masters choice,
World champions 2002.
we have a full range
of enduro exhausts giving a good increase in power where
you need it for enduro with low db.
we stock the new HGS
system for the exc250f with 91 and a great increase in power
thrown in.
HGS two stroke Exhausts are used by championship
riders to increase performance in all types of track conditions.
This high quality made exhaust provides an increase in performance
in the mid range of engine RPM speeds. As a Dutch manufacturer
HGS are very conscious of high running temperatures due
to the infamous sand tracks of Holland. HGS are continually
working towards maximum performance.HGS exhausts are known
all over europe as the first choice for 65cc trough to 250cc
2 stroke engines. With the new engine class of 144cc there
is a requirement for a new exhaust as a 125cc designed expansion
chamber with not give the best power format when used on
a 144cc engine, mid range power will be down by +/-3bhp once
the engine is up to its running temp of 75+ degrees which
is normal for riding in sand. Please look to listings for
your machine.
HGS Four Stroke Exhaust
over the last 4 years Henry at HGS has been work
very hard on a constant development of his 4 stroke systems. The
early models were good but had room for improvment in the
area of noise but was instantly a market leader with regard
to bhp which all riders found on the track and tuners who
dyno test at high temperatures 75-85 degree would see as
un rivalled by any other exhaust manufacture regardless
of price. we see today a improvement of around 3 bhp on
a 250f with the new 2008 system noise output on static test
of 94db and trackside test of 102db.
The new kxf250 system for 2008
will give a big increase in power and in static and track
side noise test be quiter than the stock system.
the kawasaki factory have confirmed
for another year that the best power out from there kxf450
comes with the HGS system over any other aftermarket system
in the world today.
on test with the 2008 yzf/sxf/crf250
we find 3bhp increase over stock at peak rpm with a very
good increase in low rpm power.
HGS has produced a new header
pipe for the crf150 giving beter torque while retainning
94db and its market leading peak bhp gain
HGS.we
have instock for the new season the latest HGS exhaust for
the range of 2 and 4 stroke race machines and motocross
